Each bar lasts 60–80 washes or about 2 bottles of shampoo. Around 20 cents per wash.

Our bars can last anywhere from 3-4 months depending on usage. 🤩
For average use (3 times per week), we expect our bars to last approximately 3 months, although they can last even longer if your hair isn’t very thick!
If you don’t like our bars or they don’t work as described, we’ll happily refund you the full amount of your order. ❤️

Yes — our bars are completely safe for keratin-treated and chemically processed hair.
They're sulfate-free, paraben-free, and made with gentle, nourishing oils like argan, jojoba, and shea butter, which help maintain smoothness without stripping your treatment.
In fact, many of our customers with keratin treatments use these bars to extend the life of their treatment while keeping their hair soft, frizz-free, and healthy.
Yes, we use exclusively recycled materials such as recycled paper and recycled cardboard boxes to ship all of our orders to ensure we cause no additional waste.
Our bars are made from natural ingredients and contain zero plastic packaging, meaning once your bar is used, you leave no waste in your bathroom (or anywhere else!), keeping your bathroom clean and sustainable.
Since shampoo bars don’t use water (unlike liquid shampoo) you also reduce your water consumption during your shower time!
We avoid using plastics and other single use materials in our processes as much as possible in order to ensure we help protect our planet.
We ship all our orders with AusPost, who are carbon neutral too.

Wet your bar under water and gently rub against your wet hair. You will feel your bar start to foam up!
After your hair is covered, run your fingers through your hair to spread it evenly and thoroughly.
Once your hair is covered, rinse out your shampoo & conditioner and feel the silky, smooth texture that's left over!
Our bars nourish your hair with natural oils while gently cleaning away dirt and build-up.

Unfortunately, not getting the right tone, although I am using the shampoo and conditioner. I will continue to use it for a few more weeks and see how I go not sure I like the smell, but that’s a personal preference for everyone. The product itself leaves my hair feeling nice untangled and no buildup of residue.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this has made my hair feel. Initially it didn't feel as good when it was wet as the conditioner isn't as greasy as normal conditioner but as your hair dries it feels lovely. Will be purchasing again.
Took away with me for a week in Nelson Bay. So much easier than bulky shampoo and conditioner bottles. Took the brassiness out of my blonde/grey hair straight away. Left it soft and shiny.
As a hairdresser of 40 plus years who now travels a lot I wasn’t convinced that this conditioning bar would work. I have blonde tint on my hair and usually take shampoo and conditioner and treatment when travelling and a purple toning shampoo. That’s a lot of bottles. I was so impressed with these bars that they are now what i use at home as well ! I bought the round soap boxes from Amazon as they had a drainage tray in .

I have used the shampoo and conditioner three times and have loved it each time. The instructions sent to me were great and clear to use and my hair was soft and silky at the end, with my blonder silver highlights glowing. I was hesitant to purchase the violet shampoo and conditioner bars. I had tried one many years ago (different brand) and it dried my hair out. But I was very pleasantly surprised.

I originally bought the shampoo and conditioner hair bars from Silkybar for my trip to Thailand because I was training constantly in the humidity, sweating all day, and swimming a lot. I knew I’d need to wash my hair 2–3 times a day, so I wanted something gentle but effective — and these bars were absolutely incredible. They leave my hair feeling so soft, smooth, silky, and healthy every single wash. I have keratin-treated hair and they work wonders without drying it out at all. I purchased these for an upcoming overseas trip, as I wanted to trial before we went. I have a very sensitive scalp, and I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to be itching after use. My hair is so soft and clean and it stays cleaner for longer, instead of washing every second day, now it's every third or even fourth day. Love it

Have naturally silver hair and this works very well ands smells good as well. It leaves my hair silky and soft. It also doesn’t drip purple all over the shower so that’s a bonus. Highly recommend.
